These delicious chickpea recipes make super hearty plant-based meals. All you need is canned chickpeas, also called garbanzo beans, and some vegetarian ingredients, and you’re all set.

These little beans are a great form of plant-based protein. You can roast them, stew them, do just about anything to them. They’re also great in hummus recipes and chickpea salad recipes.
