Materials

• Corn Syrup
• White Vinegar
• Corn Starch
• Water

Tools

• Saucepan
• Whisk or spoon

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, mix 3/4 cup water with 2 tablespoons corn syrup and 1 tablespoon white vinegar.
2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
3. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 3/4 cup of cold water. Whisk or stir until it's smooth in consistency.
4. Slowly add the cold mixture into the hot mixture. Stir constantly for one minute.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Once it's cooled, pour the mixture into its final container.
7. Let it stand overnight at room temperature before using.
